OUR HISTORY: From Program to an Area
AREA GOAL (2014 - 2019)
Design and implement an institutional program of leadership development, starting from the recognition and guidance of student’s personal development, to strengthen the competences that will allow them to lead themselves, lead others and lead organizations.
STRATEGIES
- Consolidate a team of leadership supervisors.
- Publish research advances: School – women – leadership.
- Design, implement and validate. leadership itineraries
- Elaborate, apply and analyze indicators to measure the leadership program’s pertinence and impact.
- Train and educate the school community to enable them to develop student’s leadership skills.
- Invigorate and position the leadership program within the community and educational community.
